The Timeless OXI of Hellenism

Aiming at what unites us and brings us together, us Hellenes Re-discovered ELLADA. In our Odyssey we were amazed to find that the “treasure” we looked for around the world, was always there at the shores of the Aegean, the white Houses of the islands, the songs and dance and the “Opa”, the sentiment and the feelings, the heart and the soul that blasts the “glenti”, the Filotimo that makes us heroes, the inspiration that makes us dream and create, the tear as a result of gratification, the tear that we shed with pride stating that we are Human. All that is PATRIDA. Where Sophocles said: “There are many wonders in the world but the main one is MAN”. The Timeless OXI of Hellenism stands against any violence towards the main value of Hellenism: MAN. And Man’s trip of life to Ithaki.
Today
al of us will meet through ERT that will bring us to ELLADA and the Spirit of
OXI. The piano of David Nachmias will give life to the songs and music that was
orchestrated with the High Moral of the Hellenes fighting on the mountains and
the seas, singing with their heart.
Hellenes from all over the world will talk to each other and share their pride.
